Holiday Inn Belcamp - Aberdeen Area, an IHG Hotel

The staff is amazing! The rooms are elegant and clean! Very convenient to the highway. We approached them about assisting with lodging for a local comedy festival, and did everything they could to be an outstanding partner for us. Cannot recommend this place and its staff enough.

We’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Belcamp twice now while driving from North Carolina to Massachusetts, and it’s been the perfect halfway stop for our trip. The staff has been extremely accommodating—both times they placed us in a first-floor room to make things easier for our dogs, which we truly appreciated. Communication was excellent, and the team was very helpful over the phone. A special shout-out to Rosi, who assisted us on both occasions and made the process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area, especially those with pets.

Aside from one tiny complaint, this is five stars all around. Especially for cleanliness. What a nice surprise! It was truly immaculate for its age. The room was exactly like their website depicted. My room was located near the ice machine which i appreciate because i love my ice. Best part about the room was i could have my beloved dog. She loved it. I always prepare and bring beds and what not. I had a fridge, microwave and hair dryer. The shower was HOT. Plenty of pressure, toiletries and towels. None of the room lamps (except the ones by bed worked) but that was ok. Nice large room. Surprisingly quiet and it was Saturday. Its literally right next to I-95. Beds, wow were they ever so comfy. I sunk right down and didnt want to get out. So soft. Lots of fluffy pillows. The gym was amaaazing and all equipment worked. Staff was friendly. Wont be eating breakfast so can't comment. Pool looked clean but i didnt use ...as lots of kids in it. Lots of shopping eateries pizza directly across the street. Plenty of free parking. Easy checkin and they even let me do that an hour early. My only complaint: the TV. i came to relax and think about nothing. The tv remote was hard to decipher and none of the stations listed in the rolling guide on station 7 were named. Every channel said NO INFORMATION. i had to click on all 68 channels one by one to see what was showing. There wasnt any netflix, or special streaming movies, basically it was simply cable. It also would not go up in volume. After about an hour i figured it out. NBD. All in all, i had a nice stress-free evening away from my usual grind. Thanks for a great nights sleep!

My girlfriend and I had the most beautiful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the comfort, and especially the incredible kindness of the staff. Your warmth and hospitality made our time together even more special and created memories we will always cherish. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We truly can’t wait to come back.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms were quiet and the beds were very comfortable. My friend Rexa truly made the experience even better — she’s friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond for guests. Easily the best hotel in the area. I’ll definitely be back!

I recently hosted my sorority's Founders' Day "Sip, Paint & Taste" event at the Holiday Inn - Belcamp, and the experience was excellent. The staff were highly professional throughout the entire process. The general manager and site manager were incredibly communicative, and they worked closely with my committee and me to ensure all our needs were met. They were also very accommodating, allowing us to use their fridge and a designated storage area for our event decor and party favors. On the event day, the site manager's support was fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure of event was a success. She was everywhere: helping us set up, serving food, and even jumping behind the bar to help the other staff. She also consistently checked in with our guests to ensure everyone was having a great time. The dedication of the management team truly made our Founders' Day celebration a huge success. We look forward to hosting future events here!

We rented the Meeting room within a day for a small celebration. The managers made sure we had everything we needed for the room! The hotel alone was very clean, and smelled so good!! Our guest who came to the celebration was very happy!!! Shout out to Rixa and Mounir!! AWESOME customer service and very efficient! Every questioned I had they answered and followed up and even sent pictures to make sure it was to my liking!! This took a load off me tremendously!!! I am a Performance Quality Coach and this is what I teach about having outstanding customer service10/10!!! We can't wait to come back!!

As former hospitality professionals, we don’t give five stars lightly — but this team absolutely earned it. We chose this hotel to host a surprise 80th birthday celebration for my mother-in-law, reserving a block of rooms along with a conference space. From start to finish, the experience exceeded every expectation. Rixa, the Sales Manager, truly went above and beyond. She not only handled the logistics flawlessly, but she also personally helped protect the surprise — even volunteering to keep my mother-in-law occupied while out-of-town family members were checking in. That level of care and ownership is rare. When my mother-in-law walked into the room and saw everyone gathered to celebrate her, the look on her face was priceless. There were tears, laughter, and so much joy. It was a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and this team played a direct role in making it possible. With our backgrounds in hospitality (Marriott and Hilton), we understand exemplary service — and they delivered at the highest level. We will recommend this hotel without hesitation.
